Recording Gear - Lot #1A - All of it is good, there is a ton of it, and I want to get rid of it ALL.

So, basically I was a recording engineer. From around 1990 to maybe 2002. I amassed a ton of gear during that time but have slowly, over the years, sold all of it off. This is the very last of it. Because it's the last of it it's sort of funky batch but it's all cool stuff. Actually, I couldn't have done my job without it. Probably why this is the stuff I've held onto the longest.

For example the 100 foot speaker chord. When recording electric guitar overdubs we inevitably have the head in the control room and the cabinet out in the studio. How many guitar players carry their own recording quality 100 foot speaker cord? And their guitar cables? Anyway, ( sorry, brings back memory's hahaha ) my point is, everything here is good.

Manley 10dB Limiter Compressor Mono-block 1 R U version - they made these from 1991 to 1993. This is one of the last ones they made before they stopped making the mono version. I used this for a couple different things but I can say for sure that this was the last thing in my chain for every lead vocal I'd ever recorded. Here's some more history if your interested.

Tweed Fender Pro Jr. - I bought this in 1995, before production moved to Mexico if you find that kind of thing interesting.

Little Labs Multiple Z Direct Box - yeah it was 2000 kr but it sounds great.

Palmer PDI-09 - Also an original version

Roland SDE- 1000 - Vintage digital delay from 1984. This Delay is 12bit! And with a less than CD sampling rate! Which yields a lower frequency response than CD and is part of the reason for its sonic signature.

Yamaha D1500 Digital Delay - Don't let its age fool ya - this is the only delay unit that switches in real time with no glitches or dropouts. No 3/4's of a second to "think" about it. As a fun fact, if you remember them, Counting Crows guitar player David Bryson gave this to me.

15 Rack Space Flight Case - Has Shock Foam on the inside + I had it made with heavy duty casters.

Canare GS-6 1/4 Cables with Neutrik connectors - If haven't heard guitar though these cables you don't know what you missing. If you have heard them then you already have a bunch but of course want a few more. 15 meter, 8 meters, 3 meters. Six all together.

Canare Star Quad Microphone Cable with Neutrik connectors - Again, only the best. Various length. Eight all together.

Various other cables - XLR-TT, XLR-TRS, XLR-RCA
All of it either Canare or Mogami cables with either Neutrik or Switchcraft connectors, no crap here.

Tons of Quality Adapters - Neutrik XLR hun / hun adaptes, han / han, I think I have 2 of just about every combination that there is. Polarity reversal adapters, -10db pads, ground lifts. plus weird adapters you think you will never need ( and then do, at the worst possible time ) etc etc.

That is most of it. I will update the list if I find anything else. ( I have a Shure SM 58 around here somewhere that I can seem to find for example and some wooden tambourines. )

I worked 15 hours days, six days a week, for 12 years straight, and I couldn't have done my job without this stuff.
I'm sure there is a story behind everything on this list. Here are some of the records I did for those that find that kind of thing interesting. http://www.allmusic.com/artist/richard- ... 98/credits

I dont want to sell this stuff individually. I want to sell the entire lot. 17,000 kr.
Thanks!

I think your chances to get off with it all at once is minimal, to be honest..
What?

Could be but it's not out of the realm of possibility. I bought this batch in the span of about a week at the time..

Still got it:)
Cool though right? They didn't make the mono version for that long. I've probably used that compressor on just about "every" lead vocal I've recorded

Sorry for the late reply..
